DTF Roll: You order transfers in A3 sheets and prepare your print files in the 280 × 400 mm format. Cold Peel: Peel the film when cold, then press it a second time for better fixation. Quality: We use only high-quality official ink combined with long-term tested film and adhesive. RGB / CMYK: The printer automatically converts RGB to CMYK. Minimum resolution: 300 dpi Most common formats: PNG, TIF, CDR, PDF. Transfer temperature 140°C – 160°C depending on the textile type and press pressure. Transfer time: 15 – 20 seconds at a stable pressure of 2.5 – 3.5 bar. Peeling technique: Peel the film when cold; we then recommend a second press for improved fixation. DTF TECHNOLOGY AND ITS LIMITS: Thin lines Graphics with lines thinner than 1 mm cannot be printed. When applying white ink, the printer retracts the white layer by 5 px to prevent white ink from extending beyond the edges of the graphic. Gradients: The printer cannot handle graphics fading out into a spray effect (shadow). The white ink to which the adhesive adheres does not have 100% coverage in this area, and the graphic may tear after transfer.
