General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller (Led Loga - Tomáš Novotný, Company ID 04098463, VAT ID CZ8505063622, Školní 274, 533 45 Opatovice nad Labem) and the buyer when concluding a purchase contract through the online store.

The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by e-mail. Before submitting the order, the buyer is allowed to check and change the entered data.

Prices are listed including VAT (unless stated otherwise). Payment is made by bank transfer or in cash upon personal collection.

The standard production time for in-stock goods is 1–3 business days. Personalization and custom production take 5–10 business days.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (pursuant to Section 1829 of the Civil Code). This right does not apply to goods modified according to the customer's wishes (personalized logos, custom printing, engraving).

The warranty period is 24 months. Please submit complaints by e-mail to info@led-loga.cz or at the business premises address.

When printing on customer-supplied textiles, we charge a surcharge of 30% of the prices listed in our price list. Please note, however, that in this case we do not guarantee the quality of the resulting print or its durability.

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document Personal Data Protection.

These terms are valid and effective from 18 April 2023. The governing law is the law of the Czech Republic; the contract is concluded in the Czech language.
