1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the seller (Led Loga - Tomáš Novotný, IČO 04098463, DIČ CZ8505063622, Školní 274, 533 45 Opatovice nad Labem, Čeká na vyřízení, Čeká na vyřízení, č. provozovny Čeká na vyřízení) and the buyer when concluding a purchase contract through the online store.
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email. Before submitting the order, the buyer can check and change the entered details.
3. Price and payment terms
Prices are stated including VAT (unless stated otherwise). Payment is made by bank transfer or in cash for in-person pickup.
4. Shipping and delivery times
The standard production time for in-stock goods is 1–3 business days. Personalization and custom production takes 5–10 business days.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). This right does not apply to goods customized to the customer's specifications (personalized signs, custom printing, engraving).
6. Complaints
The warranty period is 24 months. Please file complaints via email at info@led-loga.cz or at our business address.
7. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, Privacy Policy.
8. Final provisions
These terms are valid and effective as of 18. 8. 2026. The governing law is the law of the Czech Republic; the contract is concluded in the Czech language.
