Returns within 14 days
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods — no reason needed. The process is simple.

The period runs from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
Refund within 14 days
We refund using the same payment method, including the cheapest delivery cost.
Return shipping paid by you
Send the goods back at your own cost. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Let us know
Email us your order number and a note that you are withdrawing from the contract. Free form is fine.

Pack the goods
Complete, ideally undamaged and in the original packaging. Include a copy of the proof of purchase.

Send it to our address
We recommend insuring the parcel — you are responsible for it until it reaches us.

We refund your money
Within 14 days of withdrawal — but not before we receive the goods back or you prove they were sent.
What cannot be returned
By law, custom-made goods cannot be returned — production based on your specification: textile printing, engraving, LED logos, stickers and other products with your logo or design.
