Frequently asked questions

Do you also print individual pieces?

Yes, we can print a single T-shirt as well as larger runs — for higher quantities, the price per piece is more favorable.

What print files do you need?

Ideally, provide the design as a vector file (PDF, AI, CDR) or a high-quality high-resolution image. We will be happy to help with graphic preparation.

Can I supply my own textile?

Yes, by agreement. However, we also offer our own textiles in various brands, cuts and colors — we will advise you on choosing a suitable material for the given type of print. We charge a surcharge of 30 % of the prices listed in our price list. Please note, however, that in this case we do not guarantee the quality of the final print or its durability, see Terms and Conditions.

Washing instructions:

To get the most enjoyment from our product, please read the following instructions carefully. Wash inside out at a max. temperature of 30°C. Iron at low temperature. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Iron inside out with the print facing inward. Do not wash with liquid detergents. Do not use fabric softener when washing. To allow the adhesive to fully harden, the textile must not be washed for 10 days after printing.
